Terms for placing an order. Opening orders are paid by credit card. Opening order is minimum of $300.00. Re-Orders are a minimum of $200.00

Our orders are shipped via UPS ground within 1-2 business days or via USPS depending which is best for the customer. Additional shipping options and expedited orders can be arranged by special request. Larger and/or custom orders may take longer. Please always let us know of any specific deadlines you might have.

All orders may be placed by fax at 405-562-5120 or e-mail customerservice@ritzybaby.com. You may also reach us Monday thru Friday from 9:00-5:00 Central Standard time at 405-609-4276. If we miss you please leave a message and someone will contact you within 24-48 hours. Once orders are submitted they are to be considered final and no changes or additions can be made. Backorders for items are automatically shipped when product becomes available; we will call to confirm any items on backorder over one month.
