Q. How do I care for my Ritzy Baby Satin product?
A. Your beautiful Ritzy seat should be hand washed and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. You can also machine was on delicate cycle, but we suggest hand washing for optimum results. Do not use Woolite or fabric softeners. Use only a regular mild detergent. You can also place your Ritzy Seat in the dryer for 5-10 minutes to fluff out wrinkles. Never wash canopy in machine - hand wash only and lay flat to dry. Canopy can be placed in dryer to fluff, but do not exceed the 5-10 minutes.
Q. How do I care for my Ritzy Baby Cotton product?
A. If you purchased a Ritzy cotton seat these are very easy to care for. At Ritzy Baby we are always testing our products to ensure the most convenient, simple ways for you moms on the go! Cotton seats can be washed on delicate cycle and for best results lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight. Do not use Woolite or fabric softeners. Use only a regular mild detergent. Q. What types of infant car seats does Ritzy Baby Covers fit?
A. Ritzy Baby infant seat covers fit most infant car seats. The infant seat cover will fit over your existing manufacturer's seat and provide even more cushion for your cargo! (This infant seat cover is meant to be used as a slipcover only.) The manufacturer's canopy is removed and replaced with your Ritzy Baby canopy. The infant seat cover fits best on Graco, Graco Snugride, Evenflo, Cosco, BabyTrend and Britax Companion. If you have an infant seat in question then please e-mail us and we will be more than happy to see if the Ritzy product will work for your car seat.
Q. Will the Ritzy Baby Infant seat cover compromise the safety of my manufacturer's original car seat?
A. Ritzy Baby Car Seat covers are made to fit over the original manufacturer's cover, providing even more cushion for your bundle of joy! Ritzy Baby slipcovers were designed not to compromise the integrity of the Manufacturers Original Equipment. Our Car Seat covers come with a replacement hood that uses the Manufacturer’s Original Equipment, for directions on how to put on your Ritzy Cover, please follow your owner’s manual that came with your car seat.
Q. What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
A. Ritzy Baby will be more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on unused, unwashed merchandise. We do ask that you return the product within 14 days and the product must be in original condition with all packaging and original tags in place in order to ensure that you receive full credit, less shipping charges. Any merchandise that is not in original condition will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your return. All sales are final if not postmarked within 14 days of purchase. All exchanges made must include a copy of your invoice and must be insured when sending back your product. Ritzy Baby cannot take responsibility for items sold by or purchased from other retail clients. All items purchased from a retail or e-commerce store other than Ritzy Baby, must be returned or exchanged through the original location. Ritzy Baby does not set or administer its retail client's policies.
Q. I ordered a Ritzy product and would like to know when I can expect it?
A. All items are in stock and ready for shipping unless other wise noted. In stock items usually ship with in 2-3 days. Ritzy Baby understands the importance of customer service and we want to make sure that you receive your Ritzy Seat in a timely manner. If you are purchasing the Ritzy product for a baby shower or to bring home your beautiful bundle of joy from the hospital, Ritzy Baby wants you to feel confident that your product will arrive within 5-10 business days from the date you placed your order. If you have a special request we will do our best to fulfill those, but we do ask that you
contact us and let us know about that special date so that we can make sure you have your Ritzy product in time!
Q. I have a store and would love to carry the Ritzy products. What should I do?
